Each of us has these potentials. Tapping into this energy allows us to create the life we desire free from past restrictions. There are seven energy centers within the human body (foundation, passion, personal, power, balance, communication and creativity, insight and consciousness) These centers (chakras) fill you with energy, give you direction and help you to shape your life. By observing and connecting with your energy system, you gain wisdom and clarity about how you create your life and health.

The process blends aspects of energy awareness, movement, philosophy, yoga, and coaching techniques to help you create a more rewarding life. Learn to engage each of the centers and tap into your unlimited supply of energy!

Chakra Energy Coaching Group

This format is designed for individuals who wish to learn and integrate the energy of the chakra system into their life in a small group setting. You will enhance and deepen your understanding of your wisdom and intuition. Join five to seven other individuals for eight weeks of exploring and deep sharing. This group includes some energy work during our weekly meeting times. Sessions meet at the same time each week and are conducted in-person or by telephone.

A workbook is available to assist you in integrating the information and processes. Sessions are ongoing.

Chakra Energy Eight Week Personal Intensive

This eight week one-on-one coaching intensive will help you to shift your Energy and your life. Each week you will focus on one of the seven energy centers in the human body. As you increase your awareness and integrate new behaviors you will attract and create what you most desire in your life. This process is deeply transformational. A workbook is available to assist you in integrating the information and processes. Sessions are in-person or by phone.

Integrating spirit, mind and body, Suzi coaches her clients to discover their passion in life, and to develop an expanded sense of focus, commitment and accountability. Suzi is a graduate of Coach U, a member of the International Coaching Federation and Coachville. She practices with compassion and insight believing that, as you develop your intuition, your truth will always guide you.
