Vero Life Coach PhilosophyHiring a life coach is a very personal experience. The relationship between coach and client is built on trust and creating a connection that allows you to feel safe, self-confident, and able to express yourself open and freely. Without this connection, there is no avenues for real change to occur.

The Live Life approach is a step-by-step process that results in change over a period of time. Once you recognize that you want to make changes in your life, you need to determine if the Live Life Philosophy  is a fit for you. In order for the life coaching process to be successful, you must be ready to take action and to grow.

If during the free life coaching session we determine that the Live Life Coach Process is the right one for you, then I will send you an Intake Packet.

  • The Intake Packet contains valuable assessments, informative forms and reflective questions, creating the foundation on which we'll build your success.

Once you have returned the Intake Packet, we will schedule our first session.

  • The first session runs about 90 minutes to 2 hours. This time will be devoted to reviewing your Intake information.
  • We will work together to develop your coaching plan.
  • We will determine how often we meet, the length of time of sessions, and the focus of our time together

Together we will craft a plan to meet your individual needs and goals.

While we are working together you will be moving through changes and integrating new tools and techniques to empower you and support your shift  I will be there to support you every step of the way as you experience the effects of driven self-development and new success.

Once we have completed our first session and have identified where you are now, and what the focus of our coaching sessions will be, the wheels are in motion.

The Live Life Philosophy is based on your commitment to take small steps every day towards your goals. Life will test you as you begin to make changes. Learning how to adapt to the changes takes time and practice and that's where a life coach can really make the difference.

The Body Wisdom Integration Process will support you through the changes to reach your destination with success. This body-based coaching approach teaches you how to connect your mind and your body. BWI will guide you in being grounded, gaining clarity, and building self-confidence as you craft a positive body image and implement changes in your life.
