Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. It allows one to cultivate connections and experience thoughts and emotions with greater balance and acceptance. It provides tools that teach clients how live life with an enhanced sense of health, vitality, and peace. 

Simply said, Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment, in a non-judgmental manner. 

We are living in a time where it is easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. Our everyday life tends to be full of problems and challenges and many of us have lost sight of living a joyful life.  By implementing a “mindful” approach, we maintain a moment to moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations while observing them free of judgment. When we practice mindfulness, we can transform our lives.
