Live Life Coaching Client Policies and Procedures: effective April 1, 2021


I appreciate the opportunity to work with you, and as your coach, I look forward to our journey together. The following material will help you to understand how our coaching relationship works.


Coaching Sessions

Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Arrangements can be made to schedule longer sessions.

60 Minute Coaching session fee: $125

Payment is to be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled coaching session.

*Missed Sessions/Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the session. When you book your coaching session, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available for other clients. Please contact me as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your appointment. I require no less than 24-hour cancellation notice. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

*Missed Session fee waived for emergency issues only. (To be determined between client and coach.)      


Timeliness and accountability are standards that I value and ask that you honor this to ensure you get the most out of your coaching session.

Phone Sessions: I will email or text you the # to call prior to our session. In the unlikely event I do not answer, please wait a few minutes, and call back.

In Person Sessions: Please arrive promptly for scheduled session, so that we can use your 60 minutes effectively.

Zoom Sessions: Zoom link will be e mailed once payment is received. Please be sure you have reliable internet coverage. If for any reason we are unable to connect on Zoom, please call the office phone 772-228-8361. TEXT only to 772-299-8238

You may also email me anytime (24-hour availability) at [email protected] and I will do my best to respond within twenty-four hours.

Extra Time:

Please email me between our calls if you want to share a success with me, need support or have a problem. I will make time between our regular sessions to be available for you if needed. I enjoy providing this extra level of service. I do not bill for this additional time up to twenty minutes and ask that you please respect this.
